With the University, Brighton Retail Park, Royal Sussex Hospital, the AMEX Stadium, and Wild Park Nature Reserve all less than a 10-minute drive, this is the perfect home for contracted workers, hospital staff, builders, relocators, families, and work trips.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living room which is a cosy, comfortable, and intimate space, complimented by warm LED lighting on the fireplace - you can use the remote to have fun deciding which colour you fancy on the night (yellow is our favourite!).

The dining area and garden have an adventurous jungle and outdoor theme suitable for anyone looking for a bit of excitement in their home.

The kitchen faces out onto the garden and has all your culinary needs.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC.
