The space
This is one of the few houses in central Brighton that genuinely sleeps a group of 13 in real beds — no air mattresses, no sofa compromises.

Three rooms sleep three with a king and a standalone single. Two rooms sleep two with a king. It works for mixed groups — couples and solo travellers, families with kids, friends who want their own space without sacrificing proximity.

Two bathrooms serve the house. A fully equipped kitchen means you can cook together when you want to, and one of the UK's best restaurant and café scenes is right outside when you don't.
