Enjoy a large kitchen, separate dining room and lounge. Completely refurbished to a very high standard with 5 separate bedrooms. The quirky decor will delight large groups or families alike.

The property has lots of space for relaxing, socializing and down time, including a large living area, containing a smart TV, 2 large sofas, and views to the front and rear patio. A dining room big enough to seat 20 people round and an additional open plan self catering kitchen/diner, with space to seat 8 people, featuring a range cooker, microwave, double sink and cafeteria to make your morning coffee. There is a utility area separate from the main kitchen including washing facilities and a dishwasher.

At the rear of the property you’ll find a good size terrace to enjoy the warmer weather, with both space for lounging and a large table to enjoy alfresco dining. On the first floor your find a balcony facing the front of the property.

There are 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms/toilets within the property. On the basement floor your find our first bedroom with 3 single beds and an on suite attached with a shower over bath. As you make sure way up to the first floor your find our next 2 bedrooms. The left hand bedroom has 2 single beds and a double, with a dressing table a full length mirror. The right hand side bedroom host 3 single beds and a double bed with a bunk above. On this floor there is also a shower room. As you make your way to the top floor your find the final 2 bedrooms, on the left hand side is a smaller bedroom hosting 2 single beds and the righthand side you will find 2 single bed and a double bed with a bunk above. This is where the final bathroom is situated with another shower over bath. Within all the bedrooms you will find hanging facilities, a mirror or dressing space.

The house is situated in the heart of kemp town, a walkable distance to the theatres in the centre of Brighton only 15mintues walk away. East of the city centre and stretching as far as Brighton Marina, Kemptown is a flamboyant mix of grand seafront crescents, elegant squares, and a bustling high street shopping area with a lively village feel.

St James Street (out of the house and to the right) has a mix of cafes, restaurants and shops. Turn right up St James Street and you can stroll into Kemptown Village, where there are lots of cafes and antique emporiums. Alternatively to the left of St James Street you can walk into the city centre. Brighton is renowned for the North and South Laines which host independent boutique shops, vintage wears and furniture, veggie and vegan cafes and many pubs. A visit to the Brighton Pavilion and museums is also a fantastic day out with tales of the eccentric, party boy Prince Regent.

A left turn out of the house takes you to the beach in less than 5 minutes. To the left of the beach you have Madeira Drive which hosts many events throughout the year; the country’s first nudist beach; crazy golf; great beach volley ball courts and further down the beach is the Brighton Marina, where you will also find many chain restaurants, boat trips, bowling, the cinema, a large supermarket and petrol station. To the right of the beach you have the Palace pier, lots of great bars and clubs, between the piers and the i360 attraction.

If you have access to a car you can take a trip to historic Lewes or Hastings old town, or Seven Sisters or Devils Dyke for breath taking views and walks. Buses also run to these places the buses run from the bottom of the Old Steine (at the bottom of St James Street).
