Conveniently set opposite a petrol station with a Spar shop for everyday essentials, it offers easy access and practicality for work stays.

The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom features underfloor heating, a bath and an electric shower. There are 2 comfortable double bedrooms plus a small single futon in the living room, allowing the house to comfortably accommodate 3 guests and up to 5 guests (if happy to share a double bed).

To make your stay as straightforward as possible, the property includes:

Self-catering with essentials provided: The house is fully self-catering, but to help you settle in, I always like to leave a small pint of semi-skimmed milk, some tea and instant coffee, cornflakes and two toilet rolls. Basic cleaning supplies are also available for guest use.

The property is well placed for reaching local work sites in this Gwynedd area, with straightforward road and transport links. In your downtime, you’re only a short drive from Snowdonia mountain range, lakes and coastlines.
