Just minutes from the beach and local shops, it offers comfort, space, and a large garden to relax or play. I'm a new managing host and this home is close to my heart. This 8-bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bathroom home is a charming blend of tradition and comfort, ideal for family reunions, celebrations, or relaxing group getaways. With spacious interiors, multiple dining areas, and open views of the countryside, this family-owned home is lovingly managed to make you feel right at home.

Dining Area 1 – Formal/Main Dining Room
Located near the main kitchen, this space is designed for group meals and shared moments. Please note: The current photo does not show our newly updated dining chairs, which now provide even more seating to comfortably host your group.

Dining Area 2 – Conservatory Dining
Set in a bright and airy space, this casual dining area is perfect for brunch, quick bites, or coffee breaks. With its clean, modern look and intimate setup, it's a great spot for relaxed, everyday meals away from the main dining room.

Main Kitchen
Fully equipped for group cooking, the kitchen includes ample workspace, cabinetry, and appliances to meet your needs. Please note: there is only one working oven at this time, but the space remains perfect for preparing group meals.

Kitchenette & Laundry Area
This smaller utility space is dedicated exclusively for laundry use and not intended for food prep. This is also the owner's private kosher kitchen. Guests may access the laundry here upon request—just message us for the door code.

Living Room
The conservatory-style lounge is flooded with natural light and offers a cozy, spacious setting for your group to relax. Enjoy plush sofas, a large smart TV, ceiling fans, and garden views in this beautifully inviting space.

Guest access
You will have the whole house to yourselves for the duration of your stay. Please note that the kitchenette is for laundry needs only. Kindly use this space for laundry only, and refrain from using it for cooking or food preparation.
Other things to note

Daytime gatherings are welcome, but please note that evening and nighttime parties or group events are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and our lovely neighborhood community.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles only. Please ensure you park responsibly and do not block neighboring driveways or double park.

The washer is located in the kitchenette, which is a coded area used exclusively for laundry. Kindly refrain from using this space for cooking or food preparation, as it is part of the owner's private kosher kitchen.

The main dining room photos are not updated — we’ve recently added more chairs to offer extra seating and comfort for larger groups.

Please note that only one oven is currently in use in the kitchen, no microwave available.
