Formerly a hotel and restaurant, Park Broom has been thoughtfully transformed into three separate serviced accommodation houses — Caldew Lodge, Eden Lodge, and The Villa — combining original period features with modern comfort and convenience.
Each house features between 5 and 8 bedrooms (adjustable to suit group size), offering a total of up to 30 beds across the site. Most bedrooms are en-suite, with additional main bathrooms for shared use — 12 bathrooms in total.
