Conveniently situated 5 mins from junction 44. Park Broom Lodges comprise of 3 modern houses converted from a traditional hotel. Each property is stylishly decorated and has between 6- 8 rooms, ( we can adjust according to requirements) most of which have new en-suites attached . The living areas all have a high spec kitchen , dining space big enough to accommodate all guests and a traditional lounge area which its spacious and comfy enough to seat all at once! The lounge areas all have large smart tv's and for when our contractors want to chill in their own space, the bedrooms all have TV's . Most bedrooms have a newly fitted ensuite showroom. There are also communal bathrooms in each property. Each property has a generous garden to relax in and secure gated parking area, with security camera - no chance of van break ins.
