If you're booking for a large group we also offer Coundon House 2 (same layout on the 1st floor). Please enquire for availability.Coundon House 1 is a comfortable, 2-bedroom ground floor apartment, which sleeps 5 guests and offers a little slice of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The apartment comes with it's own private balcony and dining area to relax during those warm summer nights. Private parking is also included within a beautiful gated complex. There are 2 double bedrooms which sleep 4 guests and 1 sofa bed which sleeps 1 guest in the living room. Beds can be set up as 4 singles or 2 kingsize on request.
