Our 4-bedroom house with a private garden is a recently refurbished property located just 0.3 miles (5 minutes walk) from Coventry University. The property offers a modern and comfortable living experience while being conveniently close to the bustling city center. The nearby Coventry University campus offers iconic architecture and vibrant student life, while the city center is full of shopping, dining, and cultural opportunities.
Despite being situated in a historic area, the house was completely refurbished in 2023 to meet HMO standards.

Each of the 4 bedrooms is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. 6 beds also with two twin bed rooms. Located on a peaceful street with minimal traffic, the rooms provide a quiet and relaxing environment for your stay.
