Welcome to this beautiful apartment with a separate study, located in the trendy Earlsdon, on the doorstep of Coventry City Centre.

The space
Bedroom:
The bedroom in the apartment is stylish and cosy. There is a modern double bed to ensure you have a comfortable sleep, with side tables and reading lamps alongside.

Study:
The study has a desk and comfortable chair if you ever need to work from home. There is also a complete wardrobe and hangers, as well as a hair dryer to cater for all your needs. There is a full size mirror meaning the room can act as a dressing room for you to get ready in confidence.

Open Plan Lounge & Dining:
There is a spacious lounge with an extra large sofa for you to relax in. The sofa also opens up to be a King Size sofa bed that is spacious and comfortable to provide a fabulous nights sleep. All bedding and linen is provided for you. The room also comes with a Smart TV with Netflix & high-speed Wi-Fi, so you are able to catch up on all your favourite shows.

The dining area has a modern dining table where you can enjoy your meals, whether you decide to cook at home or order in from the abundance of highly rated restaurants and takeaways located close by.

Kitchen:
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all white goods (kettle, toaster etc). The kitchen also has a microwave as well as a fridge and freezer. It includes all plates, cutlery, pots & pans, cups & mugs, wine glasses, cooking & baking utensils for you to cook whatever you wish.

There is a washing machine/dryer (pods provided), as well as an iron and ironing board for all your needs.

Bathroom:
The 3-piece bathroom has a shower over bath including all toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc) - towels are provided for you.
