Our home away from home has a new modern fully equipped kitchen with all the basic equipment you may need during your stay.

The spacious living room is home to a large smart tv and the perfect place to relax in after a busy day. The conservatory just off the living room is home to a dining table & chairs with space for 6. A bright and airy place to enjoy your home cooked meals.

Up the stairs to the first floor you'll find two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms are roomy with space for belongings. One of which is also home to an added luxury of an en-suite. The main family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The third floor is home to the third bedroom and is a large space with two twin single beds.

There is free WiFi in the property for guests to use.
There is also 2 private allocated parking spaces to the rear of the property or free on-street to the front.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Darlington area with transport links such as the A66 & A1 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
