This Grade 2 listed cottage has a babbling brook to the rear and is perfect for a cosy and central stay, close by are pubs, restaurants & shops plus it's easy to access Peak District walks & hills, direct from the cottage. Good sized lounge with 6 seating dining area and comfy sofa. A sitting room that doubles as a bedroom with a quality bed settee and desk area for work if needed. Upstairs has a master ensuite, large family bathroom and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds that can easily be put together. Under the stairs storage for muddy boots, coats etc with a washing machine.
