As you step into the grandeur of our Georgian home, you're greeted by a welcoming
hallway leading to various living spaces. The spacious living room invites you to unwind,
while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats ten guests. Continuing through, you'll
find a convenient powder room with toilet facilities, and a large, modern kitchen, perfect
for group cooking.
Second Floor:
Venturing upstairs, you'll discover the epitome of comfort and luxury. The main bedroom
awaits, boasting an en-suite bathroom complete with both a bath and shower. Here,
you'll also find a super king bed, complemented by a stunning fireplace and ample
seating for relaxation or work. Two additional bedrooms grace this level, one featuring a

super king bed and the other a cosy double bed. A second bathroom awaits, offering
both a shower and bathtub for your convenience.
Top Floor:
Ascending to the final floor, you'll find two more inviting bedrooms. One offers the
privacy of an en-suite bathroom, while the other provides a cosy retreat with a small
double bed. This top level is the perfect sanctuary for large families or groups seeking
space and comfort.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further

*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for
their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to
each individual, health and safety.

Parking is permit only around the area for long stays. Please contact us about parking
permits. Additionally, outside of the permit hours, there is pay and display on-street
parking available. Should you wish to explore further afield, public transportation
options are easily accessible from our location, allowing you to explore Plymouth and
the surrounding areas without any hassle.
The property is walking distance from the Plymouth Train Station & Coach Station. Plus
you’ll find many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby too.
