The kitchen is brand new, with an oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, so the team can cook properly and keep workwear clean on longer stays. There is a large, newly fitted bathroom with a walk-in shower, new floors and carpets throughout, and wifi.

Shops, cafés and the Co-op are a short walk away. The house is well placed for the big energy projects in the area: about 20 minutes to the Dunside wind farm site at Longformacus, and 35 to 40 minutes to Torness (Eastern Green Link 1) and the Berwick Bank onshore works at Branxton.

Monthly stays preferred: £3,000 a month for the whole house, about £33 per worker per night. Cleaning twice a month is included. Self check-in.
