Crossgate is a stunning and unique 2 bedroom holiday rental house beautifully decorated throughout and located in the heart of Durham City Centre. The property also benefits from views of the Durham Castle and there is a café and pub situated across the road from the property. This beautiful property is the perfect place for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre and is truly an exceptional place to stay in Durham.

Upon entering the property, there is a hallway which leads to the lounge, downstairs toilet, kitchen, and back garden. The lounge is equipped with a tilt and turn TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a desk as well as a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. Following, is the exceptional open plan kitchen and dining area which includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge - freezer including a water dispenser, a wine cooler, and a four-seater dining table. The kitchen also includes doors leading to the back garden which includes a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first bedroom comprises of two twin beds a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings during your stay. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, a wardrobe, and a large set of drawers. The master bedroom also benefits from gorgeous views of Durham Castle.

The main bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower.

Crossgate has on street parking. One permit will be given to guests. Any additional cars will need to pay at the ticket machine or on PayByPhone on your phone. Please note, one permit will be given to desk however, the parking is on a first come first serve basis.
