Just at the top of the street is bus stops with busses regularly running into Durham City Centre and surrounding villages.

By foot, guests can get to the city centre within 20/25 minutes walk.

There is a park which guests can reach on foot in under 10 minutes as well as lots of lovely walks close to the river within easy distance.

On site parking is available outside the property. Located within a 5 minute drive to Durham City Centre. Durham Railway Station is 2 mile away. Newcastle International Airport & Teesside International Airport are located within 24 miles.

Check in

Check in is available from 3pm up until 8pm on the date of arrival. All lets should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. For extensions of check in/out times please contact us directly. You will be contacted by the team prior to check in to confirm entry/ key safe details.
