Situated only 20 minutes walk from Durham Market place and with excellent bus services on the doorstep as well as having easy access to the A690 and A1M this property is great for professionals and people visiting the area.

The property comprises of an entrance porch, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a toilet, a lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge comprises of a six-seater dining table, a Freeview TV a sofa and an arm chair. There is also an additional island in the kitchen which has two chairs. Following, the kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave and a fridge - freezer with a water dispenser. The utility room includes a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as plenty of extra storage space. There is also a small w/c as you enter the property.

To the first floor are 3 bedrooms, the master and the second bedroom have double beds with the third bedroom having 2 single beds. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings for storage for the duration of your stay.

The bathroom has bath and separate walk in shower.

To the front of the property is a driveway with enough space for 3 cars.
