Cunninghame Estate House is made up of 4 individual 4 bedroom units joined by a light airy communal area. Each is a house in its own right but larger parties can book more than one unit and make use of the communal spaces and catering facilities which are part of the unit.In addition we have 6 other houses within the complex if required.Cunningham house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 35 sharing .In addition the accommodation has a large capacity event hall, meeting space which can be booked ( teas and coffees served if booked in advance) , an event room and beautiful grounds to explore. Guests booking our accommodation are free to use the facilities. Bedrooms and living accommodation is very spacious. Set up with comfortable single beds double configuration can be arranged. Professional linen supplied and laundered.As well as the spacious internal areas, contractors staying at the property will enjoy access to the green outside space which includes woodland walks an old manor house, a cafe serving food and drinks every day apart from Monday and plenty of on site secure parking for vans and cars.The property is set up for self catering. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby who will deliver if required.There is a bakery just along the road and The Eglinton Inn - a lively little bar that will also deliver beer etc to the estate if required. Also included in the price is 'breakfast in a bag' in the package, typically a bacon, egg or sausage type breakfast roll, snack , fruit and tea/ coffee. Vegan options catered for. We can provide evening catering by request at a modest addition price/ head if required throughout the stay (ie pizza, pasta , steak night). This would be requested in advance. There are ample cooking facilities for self catering. Catering for meeting would be provided at an additional cost .Idea for transport - Direct route to Glasgow 15 mins A737 . Direct bus service from Beith . 19 miles from Glasgow city centre. Please note property is situated in BEITH .
