Garnock Terrace, MacIntosh and Gatehouse CottageThe unique layout of each of the terrace and cottages means that houses can be separate accommodations or flexibly combined to meet the needs of each party. For larger groups taking more than one house, there are additional communal areas within the terraces for cooking, working, eating, relaxing and socialising.Garnock Terrace Each house within the Garnock Terrace can accommodate up to eight people . Garnock houses all have fully equipped kitchen; lounge with smart TV; dining area, six main bathrooms, and 4 stylish bedrooms. ( Total 12 large bedrooms).The accommodation terraces are adaptable, warm and comfortable with access to pleasant, well-kept private outdoor spaces. Each is a house in its own right but larger parties can book more than one unit and make use of the communal spaces and catering facilities which are part of the unit. This allows for more privacy and the option of larger work groups to have a smaller group to share a house with.The accommodation has a large capacity event hall, meeting space which can be booked ( teas and coffees served if booked in advance) , an event room and beautiful grounds to explore. Guests booking our accommodation are free to use the facilities. Bedrooms and living accommodation area is very spacious; set up with comfortable double and supering size beds. Bed configuration can be arranged. in advance and every effort will be made to accommodate.As well as the spacious internal areas, guests staying at the property will enjoy access to the green outside space which includes woodland walks; an astroturf area; an old manor house; 'Mocha Jacks' cafe serving baking and drinks( every day apart from Monday ). There is plenty of on site secure parking for vans and cars.The property is ideally set up to allow self catering and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby who will deliver if required.There is a bakery just along the road and The Eglinton Inn - a lively little bar that has been known to deliver beer etc to the estate if required!Also included in the price is 'breakfast in a bag' , typically a bacon, egg or sausage type breakfast roll, snack , fruit and tea/ coffee will be served to each guest every morning. Vegan options catered for.We can additionally provide evening catering by request at a modest addition price/ head if required throughout the stay (ie pizza, pasta , steak night). This would be requested in advance.There are ample cooking facilities in each house as well as a communal commercial catering size kitchen in the communal area. Catering for meetings can also be provided at an additional cost .The Gate HouseOur charming Gatehouse hideaway, sits at the entrance to the estate and comprises of fully fitted kitchen, lounge, four bedrooms and bathroom. Guests can use the communal areas above as and when they wish.MacIntosh Cottage ,Sits just across the drive from the main terraces. It is a beautiful cosy traditional stone four bedroom cottage with a fully equipped kitchen , cosy lounge and dining area and bathroom. Guest can use the communal social areas as above if they wish.Professionally laundered satin stripe linen including bedding, towels and bathmats are supplied and laundered.Please note all properties are currently undergoing a decor and furniture update. Professional photos will be updated early in the Spring. Room numbers will remain the same - upgraded decor may vary slightly. :o)Ideal for transport to Glasgow.
