On the ground floor, enjoy a bright open-plan kitchen/dining area with double doors opening to the patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, and tableware. Also on this floor: a separate study with desk, a utility closet (washing machine, ironing facilities, hoover, cleaning products), a WC and plenty of storage under the stairs makining it perfect for leisure travel, contractors and insurance claims.

The first floor has two bedrooms as well as a spacious family bathroom with shower-over-bath and welcome toiletries. Bedroom one has a double bed with clothes storage, while bedroom two offers two single beds with storage. All beds feature premium Vesgantti mattresses.

On the second floor, the master bedroom boasts a modern ensuite shower room and large built-in double wardrobes. The fourth bedroom also features a built-in wardrobe, work desk, and hairdryer, making it ideal for work-from-home guests.

The Neighbourhood

The house overlooks a peaceful park within a thoughtfully designed new-build estate, mainly home to families. It’s a quiet area with plenty of green space and walking paths leading directly to Ebbsfleet International Station, where high-speed trains reach London St Pancras in under 20 minutes. Excellent road links via the A2/M25 make exploring Kent, London, and beyond simple. Bluewater Shopping Centre is just a short drive away with 100s of shops and amenities.
