A little about us…
New to Great Yarmouth Marsh Farm Holiday Park is a small independent caravan park welcoming all ages to come and stay in our 4,6 & 8 birth double glazed and central heated caravans.
Marsh Farm Holiday Park is open 365 days of the year. Welcoming guests to stay for short or long periods of time.
Minimum of 2 Nights Stays.
Although Marsh Farm Holiday Park doesn’t offer on-site entertainment, it is in a prime location being only a short walk to Great Yarmouth’s famous attractions including the beach, market square, shops, restaurants & bars, there is always something to do!

Just outside the park there are beautiful walking trails along the river which can take you to Burgh castle where you can enjoy the historical ruins.

Each spacious caravan is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, fireplace, kettle toaster, TV (FreeView), microwave, cutlery, tablewear, saucepans, iron, ironing board, quilt, pillows, mattress protector & hairdryer.

Bed linen is not included and at an additional cost £20.00

Towels are not included for hyegine reasons, we kindly ask guests to supply their own.

Picnic benches are located outside of the caravans. We welcome you to bring your disposable BBQ, there are hot ash bins dotted around the site for you to safely dispose of your BBQ once finished.

Parking is available outside of the caravans.

All homes are fitted with fire extinguishers, fire blankets, carbon-monoxide smoke alarms,gas safe certificates and electricity safety certificates
