The property is set out as a Family residence with all the usual facilities included. The lounge has 1 x 2 seater and 1 x 3 seater settees, coffee table, TV and DVD player along with sky tv. To the rear is a separate dining area with dining table which seats 6 people . A quiet area, (Conservatory) is open to use with radio and suitable furniture. To the rear of the property is a compact garden with a smoking area, table and seating. The lockable off road parking (driveway) is accessible via the rear doors/garden.
The Kitchen is equipped with necessary items including cutlery, crockery, glassware along with the usual kitchen basics mandatory for letting.
Each bedroom has cupboards/wardrobe bedside lamp. Sheets, pillows, towels and bedding are included. For stays over two weeks sheets are top and tailed every week. A tv is present in each bedroom.
There is a shared bathroom. This includes an over the bath shower.
The Property is serviced weekly and kept in a clean and tidy condition.
