The Space

Functional living area
The stylish living area has a smart TV for the evenings, and the Wi-Fi runs at 250Mbps+ for video calls and streaming. The dining table also works as a desk, which means timesheets and paperwork don't have to happen on a bed.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
There's a large oven and grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, and plenty of cookware, so you can cook a proper meal after a shift. We leave tea and coffee out. A washing machine is there for work clothes on longer stays.

Large Well-Appointed Bedrooms
The beds are made up as three kings and a double. Each king can be split into two singles if your group needs it. The house sleeps 7 in total, so a crew of four can have a room each, or a family can spread out.

Bathroom & WC
There's a bathroom upstairs and a separate WC downstairs, which helps when four people leave for work at the same time.

Outside
The back garden is private and faces west, so it gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. It has a resin finish and a small seating area with a table.

Parking
There's off-street parking at the front. Bigger vans can use the adjacent private car park between 5:30pm and 7:30am if you arrange it with us first. Weekend overspill parking is also available.

Getting around
Tesco is open 7-Days a Week 6am to 11pm (+ 24/Hr cash machine) & Foxhall Chippy 7-Days until 9pm, both close by, about a minute's walk. We're on the east side of Ipswich with easy access to the A14 and A12, which helps when the Orwell Bridge is shut or backed up. Leiston, for Sizewell C, is about 45 minutes by road via the A12.
