• Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• For your convenience, a public car park is just a 2-minute stroll away on Trafalgar Street, offering affordable and hassle-free parking. (£10 all day on weekdays, £6 all day on Saturday, and £4 all day on Sunday.)
Please don’t park outside the building as it is private property, and you will be fined.
• A £200 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. After a successful inspection at check-out, it will be promptly refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• An ID check is required after booking, along with signing a guest contract.
• Detailed instructions on how to access the apartment will be provided prior to arrival.
• We offer discounts on longer stays. Please message us for more information.
• If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, we are just a message away.
• The building is currently undergoing maintenance, so the lift to our apartment is unavailable. You'll need to use the lift on the opposite side of the building to reach the 2nd floor.
• There is a secure entry system into the building and CCTV at the entrance of the apartment.
