Enjoy this gorgeously designed home in the heart of Lincoln. This property offers a combination of modern living and period features, and can host up to eight people comfortably. The house is set across three storeys with the living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and the main bathroom are on the first floor, with the master bedroom and fourth bedroom on the second floor.

The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc). Three bedrooms have double beds, with the master bedroom having two singles.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/ freezer as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property has a spacious back garden for you to kick back in and enjoy the summer rays (when we’re lucky enough to have them!).

There is free on-road parking outside and an 8 minute drive will get you to Lincoln Cathedral, Castle, the historic Bailgate area and the nation-famous Steep Hill. Lincoln Train Station is also an 8 minute drive away.
