Your tranquil studio is nestled on the raised ground floor, providing both elegance and privacy. A charming outdoor staircase with 14 steps leads you to the building’s entrance located on the raised ground floor, where a secure, locked door ensures exclusive access. Step inside, and a welcoming hallway guides you to another hall walking directly you to your private studio—a refined retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. Your keys will access both main building entrance and studio entrance.

SEAMLESS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3 PM to 10 PM meet and greet on your arrival
Check-out: 10 AM punctually as our apartment is booked back to back, our housekeeping team is scheduled to clean and turn around our apartment for our next guests. Guaranteed late check out until 1pm cost £50 settled at time of booking

FREE PARKING
Let us know if you need parking when booking! We’ll arrange FREE on-street parking from 3 PM on your arrival day to 10 AM on your departure day . Please send your plate number at time of booking to update the system

No Smoking – Smoking, vaping, and incense are not allowed inside or in external areas.

No Visitors, Parties, or Gatherings – To comply with insurance and maintain a peaceful stay.

Quiet Hours – Please keep noise down, no cooking , no noise pollution or any kind of loud noises between 11 PM – 8 AM for respect for our neighbours.

Report Issues – Let us know immediately if anything needs attention, otherwise we’ll assume everything it’s fine

Furniture Care – Please keep the bed and sofa clean and stain-free.
