The Space

• Living & dining: A generous open-plan lounge with a plush copper sofa, a large cream bouclé bench, an abstract beige rug and curated art pieces. A black oval dining table with bouclé chairs offers an elegant setting for meals. Board games, design books and indoor plants create a relaxed, homely feel.
• Bedrooms: Three stylish bedrooms (one king and two doubles) dressed with hotel-quality cotton sateen bedding (400 thread count), fluffy duvets and a selection of feather and side-sleeper pillows. Each room includes bedside tables with Enid metal lamps, decorative cushions, framed art and ample storage. The secondary bedrooms include a dressing-table stool, diffusers and cushions, while the master has extra throws and pillow protectors.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Please respect the property and neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding parties. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. By booking you agree to our terms and conditions.

Guest verification and security deposit
To keep the property secure and your stay smooth, we use a quick online verification flow:
1. Complete online check-in:
After booking, you’ll receive a link to our Guest Portal. Please complete the short identity check for the lead guest.
2. Choose your protection option:
• Refundable damage deposit: A £1000 card hold is placed and automatically released 7 days after check-out (it is a hold, not a charge), provided the property is left in good condition.
• Damage waiver: A £250 one-time, non-refundable payment that covers accidental damage up to £500.
3. Access details:
Full check-in instructions are released in the Guest Portal on the day of arrival once verification and your chosen protection option are completed. If these steps are not completed, we cannot release access details.
Respect for the property and neighbours
• This is a quiet residential setting. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
• Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving to help prevent water damage or theft.
• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• Pets are not permitted.
Fees and damages
• Disturbance may incur a £250 penalty fee.
• Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.
• Please report any damages or issues to the property manager as soon as possible. Unreported issues may lead to additional fees.
• Any damage to the property or contents may be flagged to the booking platform and charged accordingly.
Check-out and key return
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless pre-approved otherwise.
• Late check-out without prior agreement may incur a full night’s fee.
• Please ensure all keys are returned to the original collection point to avoid extra charges.
