With comfortable sofas, 50" flatscreen HDTV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi, everyone can enjoy this relaxing space. The whole house is newly refurbished with contemporary soothing décor and beautiful wall art.The kitchen / dining area stretches to 40 feet long, this huge space is great for cooking and winding down after a long day. The dining area has a wall mounted 43" flatscreen HDTV and there is a large dining table with chairs. The dining area leads to French doors and the patio. The modern kitchen with sleek grey doors is fully equipped if you choose to cook at home. With a gas range oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, 4 slice toaster and a good selection of pans, utensils and crockery.The utility room is equipped with a Hotpoint washing machine and a clothesline in the back garden, so you can keep your clothes clean and fresh. The cloakroom situated next to the utility room has a downstairs WC and sink.There is a dedicated workspace on the second-floor landing complete with desk, chair and next to a plug socket (for charging those laptops!).The bedrooms are newly refurbished with tranquil décor, so you'll be sure of a restful night sleep for the next day at work. On the first floor there are three large double bedrooms, one with a King size bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. On the second floor there are two large double bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with two single beds. All beds have semi orthopaedic mattresses to give you the best possible chance of a great night's sleep. Crisp white linen and soft pillows are provided as part of your stay. The bedrooms all are supplied with a clothes rail and drawers for your clothes, together with a wall mounted mirror so you can be sure you'll be looking your best during your stay!There are 3 large bathrooms, so there's enough space for everyone to get ready in the morning. There is a family sized bathroom on the first floor, with WC, sink, bath and walk in shower. There is a large En-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with WC, sink and shower over bath. On the second floor there is a large family sized bathroom with WC, sink and shower over bath. Each of the bathrooms are light and airy and towels are provided. You can enjoy a fresh vibrant shower to the start of your day or a relaxing bubble bath in the evening in all of the bathrooms.There is free street parking in front of the house. It can be busy during summer months, especially during the weekends when day trippers come to visit. However there is plenty of space to park from 5pm onwards.Situated very close to the town centre of St Anne's and only 5 minutes' walk to the beach, so you won't need to drive anywhere within the town! Lytham and Blackpool are both 10 minutes away by car.
