Bettoney Vere, in its central Bray location, is a charming little terraced property which is far larger than you might initially think. Tucked behind it’s Tudor effect frontage and front garden is a spacious sitting room leading to an open plan kitchen dining area with a further sitting room with windows and access to the garden. There is also a utility room downstairs, a loo and additional garden access.
The space
Up the stairs is a large double bedroom suite with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom – the king-sized bed can be converted to twin beds if preferred to give maximum flexibility. Two further double bedrooms on the first floor, one with fitted wardrobes and there is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath. Parking is available in a nearby street. A pretty, enclosed low maintenance garden with patio is perfect for the kids and pets. The neighbours are delightful and welcoming.

With all the essentials and spotlessly clean, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen.

Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.
Guest access
You have the run of the entire house and garden.
Other things to note
The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book.

Just so you know: we are superhosts. Not to toot our own horns, but we manage a growing group of carefully curated properties in the South – some of them are fabulous holiday lets but some are more suitable for short term lets. We host contract workers or families who are refurbishing their own homes, waiting for a new home purchase to go through, who are between tenancies, or relocating to the area and wanting to take some time to assess the perfect spot. We love to provide a real home from home in these properties: fully serviced with everything you could possibly need – whizzy wifi and sharp knives in the kitchen, linens and towels, hangers in the cupboards and an iron and board.

At Smarter Rent we curate and manage a select portfolio of handy accommodations around the South East. We hope you will also find the beds and sofa comfy, the shower sufficiently powerful and the wifi without a glitch. The kitchen should also have everything you need for your stay.
