As you walk into the annexe and upstairs, you are greeted with the brand new modern open plan kitchen area with a spacious island, that has seating for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including fridge with ice box, airfryer & hob.
There is also a toaster, kettle and coffee machine, all for you to use at ease.

Please note the annexe has two different levels (Ground Floor & First Floor) this includes stairs to access.

Living Room:
At the back of the studio is a comfortable two seater sofa and TV, with double doors leading to the back garden.
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4 and YouTube.

Bedroom:
You will find a cosy double bed, a bedside table, lamp, full length mirror & a hanging rail.

Bathroom:
On the ground floor, you are greeted with the bathroom, it features a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel radiator & mirror.
We provide soft, cosy dressing gowns for you to use while you stay with us.

Garden:
Off the annexe is a decked courtyard with a table and chairs that overlooks the Malvern Hills, it's perfect for summer evenings.
