The apartment is in a traditional Victorian property, with easy access on the ground floor. There is also access to the communal garden and free private parking at the rear of the property.

The apartment benefits from large bay windows, allowing ample sunlight and comes with a fully equipped modern kitchen for all your delicious recipes. For larger groups we have a wonderfully comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge which is extremely easy to use.

All local amenities are only a stone’s throw away – do not feel like cooking, fancy a night out or even just a takeout for your nights in – Burton Road is the place to go, famous for their selection of trendy bars, eateries, and independent shops. HOUSE RULES:
❌ Strictly no parties or gatherings at the property
❌ Strictly no illegal substances at the property
❌ Please be respectful of the quiet hours. No loud noise between 11pm and 7am
❌ Strictly no more than 4 guests are allowed to sleep at the property
❌ NO additional guests to be at property apart from those booked for.

PARKING:
Please park in the allocated spaces which are provided directly behind the building. We are not responsible for penalty notice/fines if parked elsewhere.

LAUNDRY:
There are washing machines located in the building. Details of how to access will be provided.
Please make us aware if you would require laundry service through the duration of your stay 48 hours prior to check-in.

*Laundry service is chargeable and may not be available on short notice/last minute bookings.*

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit is required prior to check-in (£250). This is solely to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience for the host and the guest. If not provided, check-in will not be possible. Deposits are only held for the duration of the stay and refunded within 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that it is essential to comply with the rules and regulations outlined during your stay. Failure to do so will lead to the full deduction from your security deposit. We kindly request your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these terms and conditions.

The replacement cost for lost keys is £250.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

Early check-in and late check-out are possible but must be agreed upon prior; otherwise, Check-out must be prompt or chargers apply, £15 for every extra hour.
