No Parties or Gatherings
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in immediate removal from the property, with any associated costs charged to the guest.

Quiet Hours
The property is located in a residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 6am.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Additional charges may apply for specialist cleaning if this rule is breached.

Loud music, indoor smoking, or unauthorised parties may also result in immediate removal from the accommodation.

Housekeeping
For stays longer than 7 nights, additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.

Booking Requirements
Before arrival, the lead guest must:

Agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

The minimum age to book is 21 years old. Reservations may be cancelled if the age requirement or verification requirements are not met.

? Security Deposit or Damage Waiver

Guests are required to choose one of the following:

£250 refundable security deposit, or

£50 non-refundable damage waiver.

? Pet Policy

Pets are welcome for an additional £100 non-refundable pet fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
