Location:
Located in Little Billing, Northampton (NN3), with good road links to A43 / A45 / M1 Junction 15. The town centre is around 15 minutes’ drive and Northampton train station around 15 minutes.

Check-in:
Self check-in with a key safe, so late arrivals after a long drive are no problem. Your code and directions are sent before you arrive.

Contractor teams on Monday to Friday stays
Weekly and monthly bookings
Company bookings (invoices available on request)

House rules

Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
Only the guests named on the booking may stay. No visitors.
No smoking or vaping inside. A £200 charge applies if the property needs treating for smoke smells.
No parties or gatherings. Breaking this rule means a £100 cleaning charge and the booking ends with no refund.
Please keep noise down, especially late at night. You’ll get one friendly reminder. If the noise continues, the booking will end with no refund.
Photo ID (passport or driving licence) is needed for the lead guest, and the name must match the booking.

Early check-in and late check-out
These may be possible at an extra cost, depending on other bookings, and we’ll confirm on the day.
