We are proud to present this stylish two bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Northampton town. This large house comprises of a two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden.

The apartment is located just off Wellingborough Road - a short walk to many of Northamptons main attractions including, the Derngate Theatre, the Saint's Ground and the Northampton Cricket Ground.

Guests will arrive to complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, to ensure you can relax after your journey. The rooms are stylish, modern and bright, we provide fresh bed linen and fresh towels to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We operate a self check in process, all details and lock box codes will be sent before arrival for a smooth check in.

The apartment is located within a 10 minutes drive from Northampton Train Station and a 7 minutes drive from the Northampton Bus Station.

Upon booking:

We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

£60 - 1pm - 2pm
£40 - 2pm - 3pm
£20 - 2pm - 3pm

Late Check Out Prices:

£20 - 11am
£40 - 12pm
£60 - 1pm
£80 - 2pm - 3pm
3pm onwards charge for an extra night

- Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

- No smoking and No vaping inside the property - £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

- No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

- No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
