MAIN BEDROOM:

Our spacious master bedroom contains a king sized mattress that can be split into two single beds, a smart TV and plenty of storage space.

SECOND BEDROOM:

Our second bedroom contains a luxury double mattress with more than enough storage space for two guests.

THIRD BEDROOM:

Our third bedroom contains two luxury single beds with plenty of storage space.


LIVING ROOM:

There's no better place than our living area. Whether you're diving into a book, music, or simply kicking back to enjoy a movie after a fulfilling day, our living room is the perfect place to be. We have a 55 inch smart TV with all the apps you need to unwind./

Our living area also contains a dedicated work space for any business travellers.


Games Room:

Our property contains a large games room which contains a 6ft pool table which can be easily converted into a ping pong table! This room also contains a smart TV.

Kitchen:

Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. A built in hot tap, washing machine, oven, microwave and more! The kitchen also contains dining space with bar 6 stools.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:

We provide the convenience of a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, ideal for those on extended trips.

Guests will receive a 15% discount for 1 week stays.

Guests will receive a 25% discount for 1 month stays or more.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover is also provided.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using self check in.

Other things to note:

- Guests will require to submit their Identity Documents as part of our check in process and sign our terms and conditions. Check in instructions will not be released until this has been actioned.

If you require an early check in, please request from a member of the team and we may be able to accommodate.

Check out: 11am or earlier

If you require a late check out, please request from a member of the team and we may be able to accommodate.

- Please note that not all items displayed on the images such as face masks and wine will be provided during your stay. We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and fresh linen/ towels for each guest.

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.

- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).

- Security Cameras are positioned on both the front and back of the property for safety purposes.
