A stunning apartment, designed with an industrial traditional feel with huge windows at the front with a view of the former famous Bullards Gin brewery.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building, accessible by lift. There's just one step from the garage to the lift area, and after that, there are no more steps.

Inside this incredible apartment, there is a hall with a desk that leads to the large living area with a stylish design.

There are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a double bed. There is a beautifully decorated bathroom off the hall way.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with:

During your first day, we understand you might have questions, and for that, we have created a digital welcome book with all information that you might need, or just in case there are no answers there, we are always a message away.

You have full access to the private apartment. The building is key entry. We offer a meet and greet service to hand over the keys and show you to the apartment.

While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations. You decide the level of interaction.

Please note there is one step into the main building before access to the lift.
There is a road outside that has traffic during busy periods but is quiet overnight.
The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and weekly during stays longer than 7 days (Please let us know if this service will be required.)

This is a first-floor apartment and the garage shutter can be heard from the apartment. The business on the floor below is pizza express, and you may hear bottles being emptied upon closing at 11 pm.
The noise of freezers from the restaurant can be heard in the 2nd bedroom overnight (something to consider if you are a light sleeper).

Please request sofa bed linen in advance of your stay.

We do have house rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.
1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside the building)
2. No pets.
3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on the weekend.

We require digitally signed terms of stay the first time you book with us - send via an email link. This helps to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for all our lovely guests to enjoy.
