This bright one bedroom flat on Hardy Road offers a comfortable base in Norwich, ideal for professionals or couples on a city getaway. The double bedroom is finished in warm, contemporary tones, with a wall mounted smart TV giving you something to unwind with in the evening.

The open plan living and kitchen area is well equipped, with a full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer, along with a cosy lounge space to relax in after a day out.

We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Hardy Road sits close to Carrow Road, home of Norwich City FC, with the stadium just a 5 minute walk away. Norwich railway station is about a 10 minute walk, and the city centre, with its shops, pubs and restaurants, is roughly 20 minutes on foot. This puts the flat in a well connected part of the city, handy for matchdays, train travel, or exploring Norwich itself.

The flat is entered from ground level, with a hallway leading through to the open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking during your stay, while the lounge area offers comfortable seating and a smart TV. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the shower room is fitted with a walk in shower and mirror. Outside, there's a private courtyard area with a shed, plus off road parking directly in front of the property.
On foot, it's about 5 minutes to Carrow Road stadium, 10 minutes to Norwich railway station, and around 20 minutes into the city centre. For anyone driving, free dedicated off road parking is provided right at the property, so no need to worry about street parking or permits.
