Owned by local artist Helen Prentice, the flat features her original artwork throughout, giving each room a creative and personal touch. The flat is ideal for up to four guests, with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and two double beds in the second. The main bedroom has its own ensuite with a walk-in shower and WC, and there's a second full bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for winding down or enjoying a meal in. You'll have a smart TV, superfast Wi-Fi, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable short or mid-term stay.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle, along with quality linens, towels, and central heating throughout. If you love the art on the walls, Helen’s prints are available to buy, a unique memento of your time in Norwich.

Set just off Castle Meadow, the flat overlooks Arcade Street and is only steps from Norwich Castle, the market, galleries, and independent cafes. While there's no parking on-site, several secure 24-hour car parks are within a 7-minute walk. We recommend using parking apps(ie. JustPark) to get the best parking spots in the area.
