Upon entering the property, guests will encounter the first of two living areas, a cosy space at the front of the house complete with a smart TV and log fire, perfecting for unwinding after a long day’s adventure.

At the end of the hallway is the second living space, a vast open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, perfect for large groups to spend quality time together. Vast bi-fold doors overlooking the large garden welcome in an abundance of natural light to this delightfully bright and airy space.

The kitchen is complete with an oven, 5 burner hob, microwave, kettle, air fryer, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer, providing everything needed for even the most ambitious of chefs to concoct a delicious, hearty meal for the whole group to enjoy together around the dining table. In addition to the dining table, the large seating area, kitchen island and surrounding bar stools provide even more space for guests to gather and socialise.

The large bi-fold doors lead out onto the beautiful garden, complete with a quaint and peaceful stream running down one end and decking with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining on those long summer evenings.

The downstairs of the home also offers a convenient utility space leading onto the garage, where guests have access to a washing machine.

The property is equipped with a separate downstairs W/C for ease.

There are four bedrooms located on the first floor of the house, as well as a large family bathroom complete with a rolltop bath and separate shower. Bedroom 2 is a double room overlooking the beautiful garden, with an adjoining en suite with a shower.
