Wollaton Vale house

Summary

This is a modern fully refurbished house in the Wollaton area of Nottingham. The house is a short drive from Nottingham City Centre and approximately twenty minute drive from Derby city centre.

The house is able to cater for five individuals. There are three bedrooms. The main and second bedroom each have two single beds which can be configured to become one larger bed. The third bedroom has a single bed.

There is a new furnished kitchen with kitchen essentials.

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down stairs. The up stairs bathroom has a shower and a bath, downstairs has a shower.

There is an open plan living room and dining room. This space has a dining table with chairs which can double into a working space.

The house is located near by a number of local amenities all within walking distance. There are also two large chain restaurants close by.
