The main house is arranged across three floors, with generous communal areas and flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 – first floor
One king-size bed, a separate wardrobe area, dedicated workspace and TV. Sleeps two.

Bedroom 2 – first floor
One king-size bed and TV. Sleeps two.

Bedroom 3 – second floor
One king-size bed. Sleeps two.

Bedroom 4 – second floor
A triple bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above. Sleeps three.

Bedroom 5 – second floor
One single bed. Sleeps one.

Please note that the upper bunk is most suitable for a child or a guest who is comfortable using a bunk bed.

Ground floor

Enter through the traditional Victorian hallway into a bright, open-plan living and dining area, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax, dine and spend time together.

A separate kitchen is located at the rear of the house. Triple bi-fold doors open from the kitchen onto a small private courtyard.

First floor

The first floor contains:

Two spacious king-size bedrooms

A family bathroom

A dedicated workspace and separate wardrobe area in the principal bedroom

TVs in both bedrooms

Second floor

The top floor contains:

One king-size bedroom

One bedroom with a triple bunk bed

One single bedroom

This arrangement works especially well for families and mixed groups, allowing guests to enjoy sociable shared spaces while still having room to spread out.

Guest access

Guests have private use of the main house and its small rear courtyard.

The property is accessed from ground level via steps at the front, so it may not be suitable for guests who require step-free access.

The building also contains a completely separate basement flat with its own private entrance. It is not included in this booking and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

The basement flat may also be booked separately, subject to availability. When both listings are reserved together, groups of up to 14 can stay across the two self-contained spaces.
