Welcome to the Dockyard Den, located in the prime spot for exploring Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouths Historic Dockyard, this house has everything you could need for an enjoyable and hassle free stay.

The property is a cosy terraced house with three double bedrooms, a brand new fitted kitchen/diner which comes fully equipped for preparing meals and dining together.

In the lounge you have a cosy seating area which doubles up as a sofa bed and has a smart TV.

There is a modern shower room downstairs along with a first floor bathroom and additional WC.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and the property comes with a welcome gift of essential items like tea, coffee, & milk sachets.

We have also supplied a iron/ironing board and clothes airer located in the kitchen also.

A tidy garden with a patio gives that extra little space to enjoy.

Bed linen and towels are also provided with the property for your convenience.

There is free WiFi and a TV in the living room.

The property also comes with one allocated off road parking space, but any additional cars will be advised to park in the dockyard car park as the road is permit holders only.

Please note the house is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, ideal for exploring the city but out of respect for our neighbours we cannot allow parties and events of any kind, noise must be kept to a minimum and quiet hours observed, any report of excessive noise could result in your stay being terminated immediately.
