LOCATION:

Located on Saint Vincents Road in Fulwood, the property offers easy access to Preston city centre, Royal Preston Hospital, the University of Central Lancashire, local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and transport links. The area is quiet, residential, and ideal for both short and extended stays.

BEDROOMS:

The property features 4 well-presented bedrooms designed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Each room includes cosy beds, fresh linen, storage space for your belongings, and a bright, relaxing atmosphere to help you feel at home during your stay.

LIVING ROOM:

Our living room contains a large sofa bed and a brand new dining table that can accommodate 4. We also have a new large smart TV with all the apps you will need to unwind.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking during your stay, including essential appliances, cookware, utensils, and dining space. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full evening meal, you’ll have all the comforts of home.

BATHROOMS:

The home includes 2 clean and modern bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and essential amenities, providing convenience and comfort for larger groups and longer stays.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:

We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (available upon request & please bring your own sheets), We warmly welcome longer term bookings.

Guest will receive a 15% discount for stays over 1 week.
Guest will receive a 25% discount for 1 month stays or more.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime between 3PM onwards.

BOOK NOW:

We guarantee the property will be available for the dates you book, it will be sparkling clean with fresh linen, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to answer. We’re are here to help

Other things to note:

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.

- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).

CCTV in block | CCTV inside facing entrance door ONLY, motion-activated for security reasons and protection of the apartment & to protect guests.

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we require all guests to complete our pre-check-in instructions before arrival. This includes:

Failure to complete these steps may result in your booking being cancelled. This process is in place to maintain the safety and quality of our accommodation for all guests.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.

? Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay.
