Standard check in is from 3:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for £15 per hour, subject to availability, with a maximum of 12:00 PM.

Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance. Swimming sessions can be booked 4 weeks in advance. During holiday periods, early booking is strongly recommended.

Minimum Stay

3 nights: Friday to Monday
4 nights: Monday to Friday
7 nights: Saturday to Saturday

Shorter stays may still require purchase of a minimum 3 night Play Pass where applicable.

Transit

By Car
From Edinburgh, take the A1 eastbound towards Tranent. Exit onto the A198 towards Longniddry and follow signs for Seton Sands Holiday Village. Upon arrival, follow signs to Golf Village and then Kingsbarns.

By Bus
From Edinburgh city centre, take Lothian Bus 26 towards Seton Sands. The bus stops directly outside the holiday village. Walk into the park and follow signs to Golf Village and then Kingsbarns.

By Train and Bus
Take a train from Edinburgh Waverley to Longniddry Station. From there, take a short taxi ride or Lothian Bus 26 to Seton Sands.

Notes

No smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £300 charge for specialist cleaning and odour removal.

A separate short term rental agreement and pre arrival form are required before your stay.

Please do not take towels to the pool. Any staining or damage will result in a £35 replacement charge per towel.

A travel cot is available upon request only.
