All bedrooms have a 32-inch smart TV and there is a larger 50-inch shared TV in the dining room. Only ever had long-term contractors stay and therefore the house is created for this type of guest with washing machines, tumble dryers, and everything you will need. It certainly is a home-from-home. Lots of shops (Asda, Cinema, Gym, TKMax, etc) and pubs all within walking distance of the house.Ample parking to the rear and side of the house (street parking) for multiple vans etc.Great for work across Liverpool to Manchester and situated very close to the M62 and M56 corridors. The host is a superhost on both Airbnb and Booking.com with 5-star reviews. The price is for the whole house regardless of the number of people who stay including all bills. Cleaning is done per stay or if long term, every two weeks including all towels and bedding change, restocking of toiletries, etc Multiple towels per room per stay.
