The space
Peel Mount is located next to Salford University and is about one mile from the City Centre and a short walk to Manchester Science & Technology Museum, or Coronation Street The Tour (Granada Studios), Deansgate on the other side Just in front of our property is a wooded area. there is a pathway to walk through Peel Park and the River. Using the rear gate in the Yard takes you to University Road, Salford University and Salford Crescent Train Station (5 minute walk) and one stop to Deansgate.

As quoted in the Salford Journal: "It offers attractive and convenient environment for young professionals to make the most of city dwelling, close to Manchester City Centre yet with the feel of the countryside here too".

It is an old Victorian 5 Bedroom Villa which we have purchased on Auction a year ago which we intend to renovate and build as luxurious Retreat & SPA and will be our Stunning Top of the line Villa. We plan to start building in October 2022. Until then we are making it available to AIRBNB guests. It will not be on the standards of our Riverside Villas. It will be functional and the prices will be most attractive.

There is an option to Hire a Marquee for your stay -see Photo. Top Party Marquee Hire who will arrange with you to setup a Marquee in the Yard. All arrangements should be made directly with them, we cannot accept responsibility for there service.
