With plenty of space and amenities, this apartment is ideal for families, groups, and long-term guests.

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please observe the following:

- No parties, smoking, or loud noise. Guests will be removed from the property for any breaches of these rules.

- Quiet hours start at 9 pm to respect our neighbours.

- No pets allowed to maintain a clean environment.

- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 11 am to allow for thorough cleaning.

The apartment block contains CCTV in common areas.
Additionally, a noise decibel monitor helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.

CHECK-IN DETAILS:
Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 pm via Lockbox.
