We are situated at the end of a beautiful quiet cul-de-sac in a prestigious location, 2 of our bedrooms overlook the stunning Damson Park which is just steps away.

Location - We are minutes to Mell Square, Solihull Centre, near the M42, JLR, NEC and Birmingham Airport are all within a 3 to 7 minute drive!

Downstairs: Upon entering from the beautiful entry way, you will find the stairs up ahead, the downstairs bedroom 5 to your right - Double bed sleeping 2 overlooking the front driveway.

To the left as you walk on, is the formal living room, comfortably seating 6 to 8 guests. 55 inch new Smart Tv, coffee table, perfect for social gatherings.

This room connects to the new extension, the large open plan kitchen and living area, more seating, 65 Inch QLED TV, media wall with stunning venetian plastering feature wall, and more seating in here. Dining table overlooks the beautiful garden.

High spec kitchen with ample storage. Oven, Grill, microwave all integrated appliances. We have ample cookware, dinnerware.

Utility area: Washing machine, dryer, boiler and more storage.

Large American fridge freezer, small appliances include: Air fryer, blender, hand mixer, kettle and toaster.

Larger pots and pans to actually cook.
Basics supplied: Cooking oils, herbs and spices, tea, coffee, sugar, herbal teas and a few extras to help get our guests started.
