Welcome to your Sanctuary in the City! Our place is a 4 bedroom terraced house very near to the centre of Southampton. It is a short 10-15 minute walk into the main city shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as to the wonderfully green open space of Southampton Common. The house has been fully refurbished recently and has comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and 4 separate bedrooms. The living area downstairs has a smart TV with Sky channels and Netflix as complimentary. There is a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a galley kitchen with plenty of amenities and cooking facilities, including microwave, kettle, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen table, oven, hob and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. There is a spacious garden for relaxing and getting some fresh air. The bedrooms consist of a double bed downstairs, a twin room, a single room, and a king room upstairs, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Zip link beds can be available on request and with sufficient notice, in order to sleep more guests. Access could not be easier, via lockbox, anytime at your convenience.
