Some of these places include the Knowsley safari park and the infamous Saint Helens Rugby club.The house is also close to the local colleges and hospitals.Liverpool CC is only a short drive away, around 16 miles, so your sightseeing possibilities are endless!Bright Bedrooms:This 3 bedroom house boasts stylish and comfortable beds for you to sink into after a long days sightseeing. Each bedroom has a soft double bed and a king duvet, making it extra cosy! This makes our house ideal up to 6 guests!Modern Bathroom:The bathroom, with an elegant bath and an overhead shower, is stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are also provided.Well equipped Kitchen:There are full kitchen facilities including hob, oven, toaster, microwave and fridge-freezer as well as all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need to prepare a meal. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products) upon arrival.Sociable Living and Dining Area:The house has a comfortable and spacious living room and separate dining area. The living room is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing sofa watching your favourite shows on the large Smart TV.The dining area is perfect to enjoy your and your group's sumptuous meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.Stay Connected:The WiFi in the house is ideal for streaming your favourite films or if you need to do business from the house.Parking:There is no parking available right outside the house, but there is a convenient car park at the top of the street, which is around £4 per day!Business or Pleasure?We have everything you need for a trip away with family and friends or a business trip. Leaving extremely dirty or messy will incur an additional cleaning fee.- Lost keys and damaged items by guests in the property will be charged with the corresponding amount.- We are not responsible for any lost guests' items after check-out.- We discourage sending parcels or mail to the property. We do not hold liability for lost or undelivered packages/mail.- There is a camera in the back garden and one on the ring doorbell also.
